I recently completed the Getting Started with PowerShell 3.0 Jump Start at the Microsoft Virtual Academy.  This Jump Start stars Jeffrey Snover and Jason Helmick.

Jeffrey Snover is the inventor of PowerShell, so it is a real treat to hear him talk about PowerShell.  And any training video with Jason Helmick is great–he adds an element of humor while guiding the training to make it relevant for systems engineers.

In addition to bringing out the new features of PowerShell version 3.0, this course reviews the simpler concepts of PowerShell as well as taking a deeper dive.

The Jump Start is a day long course, but since the videos are broken down into modules, you can easily complete this over several watchings.
