My name is Annette and I’m a Sr. Systems Engineer supporting infrastructure environments. I have extensive hands-on experience with several technologies. I am proficient in supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Server, PowerShell, and Windows Server.

I enjoy writing documentation which is why I decided to start this site.   As different situations occur as I work, I document the solutions for future reference.
